Customer privacy
In order to shop at afronordic.com you must at least state:

Name, address, email, mobile number - so DAO can contact you regarding the delivery of your purchase - or we can contact you with questions.

Your data is stored for 5 years from the end of the financial year along with information on which items you have purchased, cf. section 10 of the Danish Accounting Act, after which the information is deleted. Information is not disclosed or sold to a third party unless this is done in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the business. Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data law applicable at any given time. As a customer, you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data about you, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Act.

 

Contact with customer service
Afro Nordic only processes and stores your data to the extent necessary to fulfil our service and delivery obligations - and for a maximum of five years as explained above.

When contacting customer service per letter, phone or email we will store your information in our customer care system for up to five years. That is necessary to build a history on you as a customer.

 

Cookies
If you shop on afronordic.dk, you agree that we use cookies. A cookie is a small data file that we put on your computer to keep track of what is happening during your visit and to recognize your computer. A cookie is not a program and does not contain viruses. We use data to analyze you as a customer so that we can give you the best service and the most relevant offers.

Shopify delivers our online shop solution and is responsible for data.
